Question KC lights

I just bought some KC 800 lights for the 2500. Instructions say that I should check the to see if the computor operates the lights. If so damage could occur. So I just wann double check with someone on here that the computor does not operate the lighting system. I plan on connecting them to the high beams as I did on my old 2000 F 250. The high beams in this Ram are the worst high beams I have ever seen. The Fog lights put out more light.
Any help would be appreciated.

headlights are operated by a relay on the older trucks, not sure about 2011 trucks...

as for highbeams 3rd gen and later sucks...

2nd gen 24v sport headlights are probably the brightest headlights dodge ever put on a truck! quad bulb hi-beams

OK...... Got the KC lights wired But I want to pulls the head light assembly ou t so I can connect the white wires to the high beam wire. I'm a good mechanic but for the life of me I can't figure out how to get the head light assembly out let alone have to change a bulb. I took out the two bolts one on top and one on the bottom. Am I missing one??? Stumped

Default Kc lights

verdesardog I have relays wired in. But I use the Highbeams to complete the circut. So when I flick on the high beams the Kc lights come on. The power does not come from the highbeams. They are connected to the battery for a power source..

some of the programmers out there will allow you to keep the fog lights on with the high beams.I thought that was a nice option.
