Default a/c and heat problems

my car is 2006 Dodge Ram 3500, 5.9L 6 Cylinder Diesel Turbo, My a/c and heat is totally messed up - the heat and cooling works properly but the a/c does not blow hard at all (tho I can hear it blowing inside the dash somewhere) - then no matter where the **** is for heat it always blows out the defrost (none on feet) - I have already spent around $1,000.00 and it's still not fixed - the blend air door has been replaced 2 times - any other suggestions.

Sounds like your mode door is busted. Time to take the dash out again...
