Default p2509

i hav been getting this code since its been cold in arizona but i hear everyone talking about replacing batteries and cables but this didnt work on my truck!! while driving within the first few min, my truck shuts down like it loss all power to the truck but in the mean while it kick the check engine light on and then it seems to drive just fine after the check engine light come on. but after awhile the truck will clear the code it self when its a warm day out but if it gets cold it does it again. and the dealership cant figure it out here in phoenix!

What truck?
There's a TSB for certain years, something about reflashing, and I gather there's an important ground bolt that is pretty sensitive to people screwing with it.
