It was a fair load in the truck (3 people, luggage, coolers, camping gear, propane tank, etc) and the bumper pull trailer with all of our earthly belongings in it. 12,700 on the trailer axles, and around 10k on the truck axles.

did you ever find out what was wrong with yours? Mine just dropped drastically from 17 to 13.
