Just wondering if the U-joints are covered under the 100k driveline warranty? Going to the dealer later today with 91,000 miles and loud squeaks.

 

one would think so...not a normal wear part like brakes.

 

its a 100k Drive train warranty, not drive line. You may get them replaced. Don't be surprised if they say no. They do wear out.

 

Whether the u-joints are in the drive train or drive line they are covered under the 100k warranty according to the dealer. Just sux going all day without the truck for an hour long repair.

 

Uhhhh........Trust me.......that is not an hour long repair.

Servicable u joints are worth every penny, Oem u joints are non servicable are chronic issues on all HD Rams...Its worth to pay for labor on thease puppies!!

Non service able u joints are going to bite you when thiers no warrenty!!!
