Was running rough and then I heard what sounded like a loose bolt under the valve cover. now it wont start. Any suggestions? I am going to open the hood in the morning and look under the valve cover

No computer codes when I plug in my scanner,. I still have the original lift pump and have had the injectors replaced 4 years ago.
