I need to know how to convert my 3500 diesel single wheel to a dullie. have the front done. and the bed. Rims don't fit over rear calipers.

Step up to bigger rims, or get a proper dually rear end? You could go with wheel spacers, but that's a bit sketchy in my book.

for starters you will need a set of 6 dually wheels. and you will need the dually hubs for both front and rear.

then you just need the fenders to glue on to the bed...

most all dually years just have add on fenders to a stock bed... very few years actually had a special bed made for the dually.

speaking of that....I actually have a set of 3rd gen dually fenders. They will need a bit of body work as I believe they were just a rough mold. (old man bought them to replace his 3rd gen's broken fender, but them he traded his truck in for a damn Ford F350)

We have a ram air hood for a 3rd gen as well...

Since he's talking about a 3500 SRW, I assume he's talking about a 3rd gen. The dually axle is a bit wider than the single, and I believe the caliper is offset differently. Since he's already got the front done and the fenders on the bed, I'm guessing he already has a set of dually wheels.

The dually bed has a larger wheel opening to allow for the inner fender liner.
