My 2002 Dodge 2500 diesel has a dead pedal. I have replaced the APPS sensor and it still has a dead pedal when pulling a hill. There is no water in the fuel, and I have good fuel pressure. The VP has been replaced. It's not setting any codes. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is?
