Default Dodge Ram 07 Diesel 5.9

If anyone can help me out, im having an over heating problem. I changed the fan clutch, changed all the fuses, worked for one day. In the highway it doesn't overheat but in the city it does. Any heat would truly be appreciated.

is the radiator clean or dirty?

and possibly the tstat is sticking closed? (which means it is not an OEM tstat because cummins tstats will break in the open position and not allow the engine to reach operating temp)

Any signs of the radiator cap not holding pressure? Check the cap to see if it will hold pressure. If not, swap it.
