Default Best CAT BACK system for 2006 cummins

I live in CA and I just bought a 2006 dodge 2500-ISB. I want to do a cat back because of the bi-annual inspection requirement in the state. I have been looking at MBRP Performance Series Exhaust Systems or the diamond eye exhaust...... I am wondering if anyone has the CAT BACK systems and how the sound?? also, any advice on the 4 to 5 in difference?? i am not going to mod the hell out of the truck, just a intake/exhaust/programmer probably. I commute and off road the truck... any advice would be great

No gains to be found with 5", possibly just a tone difference. Just about any of them will be fine quality wise.

I don't see any gains to be had, other than replacing the muffler. Your exhaust is already 4", why not just change out the muffler?
