I have an 06 dodge 3500 5.9 cummins 6 speed manual electric shift transfer case.263,000 miles on it,the transfer case sounds like the chain is jumping when it is in 4 x4. I have found an 03 3500 truck w/5.9 cummings auto trans and electric shift transfer case. My question is will the transfer from the 03 automatic trans bolt up to my 06 6 speed manual transmission? Input shaft spline count may be different.

 

ok we will check the splines and may be able to change the input shaft. thanks papa3500
