Default Dodge diesel cooling

Can anyone tell me if there is a more aggressive fan to pull in more air through the radiator. Would like to have my truck to run cooler while pulling my camper. Any info on this subject would help. Thanks

Welcome to DF. Electric fans may be the trick for you. Will move you to the diesel section for better guidance.

What year truck? How hot is it getting? Are you pulling up a lot of steep grades? How heavy is your camper? Have you checked the fan clutch? When everything is working properly, the stock cooling system is pretty good.

How's your coolant? Got much crap in the coolant, or blocking flow through the intercooler, a/c condensor, or radiator?

The only time my temps started climbing was when I was in stop and go traffic with a loaded trailer, and it was only trans temps that were causing me a concern.
