Default 03 3500 White smoke

I have a 2003 dodge 3500 4x4 dually (5.9)

Problem: White smoke out the tail pipe often(so im told) I was told by multiple people that i was blowing white smoke on the way out of work yesterday, i cannot see it all i see if black since the tuner is set on 5, i sometimes see the occasional gray but they told me it is every time i hit the gas. I do put mystery marvel oil in it and i know that could cause white smoke but im also low on coolant. I did get a new water pump and they might not have filled it up all the way. What do you think is wrong with it? if there is how do i check?

Things on the truck: smarty s06 tuner, straight pipe, 6 inch lift(nothing to do with the issue)

If you're blowing white smoke, it's probably going to be injector related.

Does it run rough ever, or hard to start at all? Ever?
