Default Fuel pump not priming up 2003 ram 5.9 diesel

Hi I have 2003 2500 ram in the uk it's a 5.9 diesel , I have had it parked for about a year I came to start it and noticed the fuel gauge was not registering although I put fuel in it also the fuel pump is not running to prime it up , I can't find a fUse or relay to check can you help with getting it up and running , as far as I can tell all other systems are working fine .

do you have the block mounted lift pump, or the in-tank lift pump?

Hi it's a block mounted on the side of the fuel filter housing , is there a fuse or relay I don't see any on the PCM

there should be a fuel system relay, and one or two fuel system fuses.
