Default 2006 electrical ghosts

My 06 3500 driver seat heater and radio intermittently works. When I start the truck the radio resets to AM and the driver seat heater does not work, but then stop and restart and the radio is ok and the seat heater is fine. Not sure where this issue could arise from. Anybody we'll versed in the dash electronics?
Jb thanks,

I did recently have to retighten the negative terminal on the driver side battery.
I don't know if that might effect it.
Thanks...

try checking your batterys. You may have enough to start but it serges the system. clean battery posts are importent and cable condition.
