Default DexCool in 2013 Ram Diesel

I got an alert my coolant was low in my 13 Ram Cummins. Thinking coolants were the same, I put 2 quarts of DexCool in my system to top off the coolant level. Now I read Mopar and GM's coolants are different. Does anyone think a few quarts of DexCool will damage my coolant system?

Thanks

Dan

Yeah flush it out. Dexcool is poison when it's the only coolant in a vehicle, let alone mixed with other types.

drain it flush it, if you can, open the block drains, replace with the HOA or global antifreeze. If you buy concentrate, it needs to be mixed 50/50 with distilled water for -37 degf on the bubblometer.
