Question Cold Won't start

2006 Dodge 2500 5.9L

I've replaced battery cables/connecters/batteries/oil change(filter)/new fuel filter. Fuel pump is working. Heat exchanger is working. Had injector test with die last year. Injectors = perfect.

It's -15C outside. I use a oil pan heater on the oil pan. Truck is plugged in.

Truck won't turn over. Very hard to start. Right now it won't even start. I've tried boosting it with another vehicle.

Only code I get is P2509 on the odometer. But it only appears now and then. Most of the time it says --done--.

Any help. much appreciated!

Something isn't playing nice with your electrical system. A quick search in google turns up a lot of hits for bad or loose grounds on the fender, amongst other things.

There may be a reflash for your PCM as well.
