What to do to put a two speed idle switch on my truck 2004 3500

 

I know on the newer ones you turn cruise control on, hit set, then speed + until you get to the desired idle. It may be something that has to be enabled by a dealership or a programmer. I know there was a setting I had to switch on my H&S Black Maxx on my 08.
