Ok Gentlemen,

Has anyone come across a issue where they get a snapping Arc on the bottom of their block next to Crank??

I took bottom ground cable off and clean and tightened up again. Clean all cable connections, checked starter motor, top ground. Am I missing one??

Still doing the same thing after cleaning. open to any idea's or solutions if anyone has had this same issue.
