07 5.9l high pitch hum fuel tank area

2007 dodge mega cab 4x4 5.9l turbo loud pitch hum fuel tank area.
dims lights and draws amp meter when accelerate hard.
is this the fuel pump going bad or ?transfer pump? an ideas?

If it's loud and coming from the fuel tank, it's probably the transfer pump going south. I'd check your pressure, and think about replacing it before you get stranded.
