Default 99 no 4x4

Ok so I had a bad t case in my 99 Ram the light didn't come for 4x4 since I've owned it.Well tcase went bad so I replaced the tcase but it doesn't seem to go into 4x4.front driveshaft will spin but wheels dont.I checked & only have air through my defroster but before I had air through the dash. There is a black &red hose on the x member that goes to the TCASE I pulled em while in 4x4 & no vacuum, pulled all of the vacuum lines off of the cad &felt no vacuum.I really need this vehicle to go into 4d as the place is currently sits it's stuck & if I don't get my wife to work Monday she gets fired.Anybody has any ideas?

As I understand this application it is a by-pass to the vacuum. Do a search on posi-lok. This is also a question you could take to those fine folks in the gasser 2nd gen tech section like Hey You. Afterall, your old Cummins is doing fine in 2wd. K.

Find your vacuum leak. You have one, a decently large one. Fix that first. If your vacuum actuator on the front diff still isn't working, pull the CAD apart and you can swap things around in there so that it's stuck engaged, then put it back together. That'll get you going until you can get it fixed.

Posilok will fix *that* problem, but you'll still have the vacuum leak.
