Default Insite for Dodge cummins

I have Insite 7.6.2 and adapter Inline 4, few days ago I try to conect to a dodge ram with cummins ISB, but it was not possible. What I need to do it?
It's needs somthing in special?

It's a dodge ram 3500, year 2007, the ecu or ecm is a cummins computer.
I try with J1708 and J1939, but was no successful , I don't have a OBD II connector.
I was reading there is a difference kind of license for cummins insite. I had Pro Plus license, it's enough or it's necessary another kind of license?

I have no idea. But I know that the dodge dealer doesn't use the cummins software. At least that's not what I used on my 08 when I went over to the dodge franchise (I worked for Subaru but they were both owned by the same group).
