Default shifting in and out of gear, ??????

This is on a 1999 dodge 3500 dually 5.9 cummins 24 valve.
Transmission shifting in and out of gear or torch converter is locking and unlocking under light/over medium load, at about 35 to 60 MPH. and its throwing three codes P1693 Transmission code P1757 Governor pressure code P0122 TPS Throttle positioning sensor. New TPS and didn't fix it.
I was told to check all electrical connections, chassis ground, pcm conn., ecm. conn., ect. If all that is good what could be problem. Should I get a NOISE FILTER?????? ROLLIN COAL

How's your tranny fluid? Might be time for a service and swap out to the updated BW gov pressure stuff.
