Default anyone know anything about these tuners?

I bought my truck with the EGR DPF delete and an edge attitude tuner.

I don't really know anything about these tuners but I'm thinking mine needs some tinkering.

For instance, I was driving with my trailer yesterday (2000 lb max) and was driving up a small hill when the tuner started making an alarm noise saying that my engine was overheating. The temperature gauge on the dash was fine.

Another time this happened when I was just driving with no tow!

I have no idea opt how to work these things so any help would be appreciated. Is there an ideal setting for each gauge?

Look on line for some PDF instructions. You can hurt your engine if you are not sure how to use the tuner. I have an h & s, so it's a little different. Does it have a box on the pillar? Of so go through it until you find de fuel settings. Example I have mine set to de fuel under the following conditions. EGT 1250 coolant temp 220. 40psi of boost. Any of those conditions the tuner will take away fuel.
