1994 brake trouble please help

I have a 94 dodge 12 valve brake are bled out new master cylinder. Brakes get hard for a second after pumping then goes to the floor.

Hope you got your problem figured out. If not a 'power bleed' of the system will purge all the air out. Most Brake shops have the power bleeder.
