05 5.9 temp gauge not working

05 5.9 temp gauge not working
New to cummins, but not diesel.
Lights in right side of cluster are dim or don't work. Temp gauge not moving at all.
Took cluster out and cleaned connections. Lights are a bit brighter, but temp gauge still not working.
Where to next?
