Default 2008 Ram 2500

I recently had a blowout on my front left tire and right rear tire. The front left caused considerable damage including ripping wires out. Anyhow, I got it fixed at the body shop and three days later my speedometer and cruise went out, plus the brake and abs lights came on. Could this be related to that damage? I am taking it back to the next week, but if it is something different I won't waste the time. Any suggestions as to what it is or how to correct it would be appreciated. As you can tell inam not a mechanic...
