Default Interior dome and load lights

My dome interior light on my 2011 2500 6.7 ltr cummins and cargo light are not working. Also my dimmer switch for the dash lights are on dim because the scroll wheel is not working. Any suggestions? I looked at all the fuses and tested them under the hood and all were good, with test light of course. The lights are all working on dash but are really dim but can't find the problem. Also is there an interior fusebox somewhere inside under the dash like on my 04 1500 ? I can't find one if there is. Thanks for any info on this.

Thank you sir I figured out the interior dome light but the cargo lights and the dimmer switch are still not working. The dimmer roller switch does not cut on the interior light but it does come on now when I open the door. The dash lights are very dim and won't get any brighter with the roller. If it is the roller **** then why won't the cargo light button work either or are they on one switch by themselves? The headlight switch works in all positions and it's in that same panel on left bottom of dash under steering wheel.

You have a button for the cargo light? Mine you turn the re o stat until the cargo light comes on. That same switch allows you to dim or brighten the dash lights.
