I have a 2007 Ram dually, lights out it is a Laramie 3500. I pulled dash and unit, it appeares that the bulbs are soldered to the board. Is there a fix for that?

 

I just looked this part up in my Chrysler star parts data base and it looks like those bulbs are not sold separately. Unfortunately looks like you would have to purchase the controls in order to get those bulbs which I think is crazy.
