Default Worth doing head gaskets?

I just purchased a 99 ram 2500 CTD. I will be swapping cabs in the next few months and while I do that I will be pulling the engine to reseal the timing cover and oil pan. The engine runs great and has 267,000 miles on it. While the engine is out is it worth my time to put a new head gasket in? I don't have any past service records so I'm not sure if it's ever been done.

Supposedly the previous owner put in 100hp injectors but I don't know that for sure. It has a cold air intake but besides that the engine is stock. I plan to put a little more power to it eventually. I'd like 400-450 at the wheels.
