Default code says Exhaust filter full, after sensor replaced

SOooo I get Exhaust filter full code (EFF) and proceed to do DPF delete w/tuner. EGR delete not yet. After ehxaust replaced and tuner installed, I still get EFF code. Shop replaces the sensor in question and STILL EFF code. Shop says a grounding issue is occurring somewhere in that sensor loop. So next, all battery cables replaced, STILL EFF code, WHAT NEXT????? yeah I guess it would help if I gave you what year a truck. It is a 2008 Cummins 6.7 that's probably obvious though. It is a motor ops EFI live / auto cal
