Has anyone ever tried to put a 12 valve cummins motor in to a 24 valve truck? It is a non-computer controlled engine going in to a computer controlled truck???

 

most people are going the other way and putting 12 valve heads on the 24 valve engine all for more low end torque.

realy and truly the 12 valve head is a more durable head anyway. when adding in the extra two valves per cylinder it made the head a bit more fragile.
