Has anyone had the code U11B9 issue which shuts the truck down and unable to start

No. I'm sitting at 240K km's.
When the truck shuts down I lose all electronics. No recognition of the fob's, can not lock or unlock truck and can not start until up to 20minutes pass. It almost seems as temperature is a factor as it usually happens after a period of idling or a long drive with a short period of idle.
The truck seems to function good when travelling at highway speed, but am leery on trusting it.
I was supposed to go camping this long weekend and pull my 38' fifth wheel, but am reluctant due to the shutting down at inconvenient times...

Hi I have a 2013 dodge 3500 with the raceme tuner and just started to have the exact problems. can you help? did you find out what was causing your problems?
