i have a 2006 dodge diesel 3500 4x4 and when im drivng its in eco mode which is fine but my son has a 2007 2500 dodge diesel 4x4 and when he is driving his doesnt show that its in eco mode is there a way to manually turn on or off that eco mode . thx
