Default Truck shakes when stopping

I have a 2004 6 speed manual Cummins. I just had the clutch replaced in the spring to a single disc Southbend clutch. In October I then blew an idler pulley and had that replaced. When I got the truck back it started shaking like the engine is going to die, similar to leaving it in gear and stopping without the clutch. It does it in neutral or while down shifting. Has anybody experienced or know what could be causing it?

When the idler pulley blew, it could have damaged other belt driven rotating components. Watch the belt and other components while idling. If you have access to a strobe with adjustable timing, that would be better.
