Just got a 2005 2500 5.9 Cummins. Batteries were replaced but connected backwards. Totally dead when I got it. Installed refurbished ECM. Starts now if the fuel pump relay is jumped with wire. Crank but no start with relay in. Codes for coolant temp sensor, throttle position sensor, low voltage at fuel pump. Tps replaced still dead pedal. Coolant sensor replaced still getting the code. Wondering if anybody has had this problem and what was done to fix it. I'm stumped.
