Default Gauges

I am adding a 3 gague pod on my truck. I have a Trans temp going in and was wanting to know what anyone thinks would be best for the other 2. What ever 2 you think is best is there already a hole for the sender and where is it, or do I have tap it? Thanks in advance

If you tow, I would suggest installing a pyro and a boost gauge.
The pyro needs to be installed preturbo for the best reading.
The sender has to be tapped and threaded on the exaust manifold.
There are other posts on here regarding the proceedure.
I had someone else install mine.

With a 2000 I'd add a Fuel pressure gauge to the list. Between the LP and Injection Pump, gotta keep tabs on that Lift pump so you don't take out the IP.

on the pillar, trans, boost and EGT, then on the dash a fuel pressure gage will be good and keep you covered

they hit the nail on the head obout the fuel press but there are ways around putting in the gauge bd offers a small led warning light that is about the size of a car alarm light that comes on when press drops below 5 lbs and that will also save u money dont no the options on your truck but on mine i dont have heated seats so i have the small cubbyhole on the pass side of the radio i took it out and made a plate to mount my fuel press gage there (autometer 0 to 30 psi) i paid around 220 for the gage then had to oder the bango bolt fitting to install it so your looking at 230 bucks plus time and modifing cause im a worry wart and want to no what is going on at all times under the hood but with the warning lite it will tell u when u need a lift pump and it only cost 55 bucks and comes with the fitting i had to order and installs inside pretty much where ever u could think of with just drilling 1 small hole in the plastic
