Low/no power
I have to allow a 5 minute warm uo befor attempting a quick freeway entrance.
I will initially jump-out but will not get above 30 without effort.Once warm will run well.
Retrieved the following DTC'S
P0216Injection Timing Control Circuit malfunction
P0230Fuel Pump primary circuit malfunction
P1693 DTC in PCM
Retrieved with RED BRICK
any suggestions

what year???
it sounds like a 98.5-02, and BTW, the 216 is the kiss of death for the VP44 pump and the 230 is the kiss of death for the lift pump.
I'm afraid to say that the injector pump might be shot from the lift pump dieing.[&:]
