Default Good price?

I have run across a 2003 2500 that I plan on looking at on Monday. It's a black crew cab short bed. 6 speed with 10" suspension lift, and brand new 42" super swamper iroks. It has close to 50k on the odometer. NADA values it at $27,000. What are your all's opinions on a truck like this price wise? (It has never been off roaded)

check to see if it's a HO motor or not, should have a sticker on the drivers side of the head that says 305 hp. when I was shopping for my truck, the only ones I found at that price were all 250 hp motors. they are ok, and the ones I drove got better milage for sure. but I would recommend getting a stock or near stock 305~325 hp motor setup and build it the way you want.

It is the HO motor. They want $28,995 for the truck. Was wondering if that was fair or not.
