Default Bobbing truck

Hey guys I recently bought a 1999 Ram 2500 4X4 automatic CTD w/ 147,000 miles and love it. I have a problem with it that I'd like some input on.
It bobbs now and then like it has a bent rim or out of round wheel. I've got the stock chrome wheels and just about new BFG 285/75/16 tires. It does it sometimes when I brake and sometimes it doesn't. It does it sometimes when I'm coasting down a long hill and sometimes it doesn't. I'ts almost always smooth as silk when I'm speeding up, it does it more when coasting or slowing down.
I've done new front brakes (pads and rotors) and the rear pads look good. New Rancho 9000 rear shocks and the fronts look good (no leaking Bilstiens). Replaced one of the tires that was out of round and the rest seem fine.
It drives me nut.

Any ideas?

I've ajusted the tire pressure to 50lbs in front and 40lbs rear and it seems to be better. I'll keep messing with the pressure and post my results.
