Hi, I was just wondering what some people with the 2gen Cummins Ram's get for gas mileage. Thanks.

 

Moderators - Any chance of posting a fuel mileage poll in the cummins section? Seems to be lots of talk about it. Just a suggestion.

I'm getting 18mpg in valet mode, and about 12mpg in full fuel.

 

I am getting 18.3 avg in awful traffic-heavy roads in west central florida. We haven't quite figured out how to build highways down here yet-- plus we keep inviting the entire country to come visit.

I treat the fuel with the standard Drew Cocktail also.

 

I can do that no problem

 

I got 18-20 MPG with chip and exhaust consistently in my '02 Cummins....great truck!

 

I have an 02 2500 5speed reg cab SO with 5 inch exhaust, 2790 napa air filter, stage 3 jammer injectors, edge comp box and i am getting 17 on the highway with the edge on stock setting. I was getting 18 to 19. Oh yea the 17 mpg was pulling a 3 seater jet ski running inbetween 70-90mph.
