Default "Workhourse" buyers beware

Purchased a workhouse performance module in january if 2006, ran it on my truck for about 2000 miles small gain in mpg and auto tranny shifted a liitle better. Still disappointed so i returned for another module. three weeks later got my second one and installed. put another 2000 miles on with it on mpg DROPPED 1.5-3.0mpg removed module. sent back for a refund in the end of april 2006. called the company countless times to get nothing. finally today got ahold of a manager guy and he said in few words or less that the compnay is out of money and i may not recieve a refund. sorry bout the spelling, sad about my 600 dollar loss in workhorse save your money.

yea. . Ive heard alot of VERY negative things about Dr. Performance stuff and this just adds another to the list.

sorry about your troubles though. but a good replacement might be a quad, BD x-power, van aaken, or an edge box.
