I used my father's supplier discount and at the time their was a $3000 rebate and $1000 Loyalty rebate. The truck was $43873 and I got it for $35138 plus TTT. The supplier discount is 1% less dealer invoice. THere are THREE seperate price schedules for this situation. Employee, Supplier, and Something else. However, they use a three letter reference for each.
However, I would have PAID 10% over MSRP....that is how much I love this Damn Truck!!!!!!!

You can do better than the employee pricing if you do a little research, and don't mind negotiating for a decent price. I just bought a 06' 2500 quad cab Laramie with the diesel for 36,900 out the door. The MSRP was $43K, and the dealer wanted $53K. All told the dealer made some where around 3% on the deal, and I paid several thousand below dealer invoice. I went into the dealership knowing what the invoice was for the truck with all of the options I wanted. Try searching on edmunds.com or a similar site. Oh and I also love my truck, but would never ever pay MSRP let alone 10% over. Good luck.
