You need to give up some more info. Like what's the top dollar amount? What do you want , horsepower/torque, big bad *** sound from ur pipe, or the ability to powder puff those who need touching up, while walking too close?

you will need a new clutch for starters, upgrade the exhaust to a full 4 inch to keep egt's down, you can go to TST and get one of their #10 fueling plates and put that in the injector pump and crank the star wheel up, and install a boost elbow on the turbo to delay when the waste gate opens. that will give you the most power and hopefully keep you under the 1200 mark.

to realy make some mad power a larger turbo, and some 370 marine injectors would push even more, but the turbo would be more than 1200 and the sticks would be pushing that alone. your best bet would be what I mentioned at first, oh, and get a boost and EGT gage and keep an eye on the EGT's when you get on it. dont go over 1350F and keep it there or you'll begin to melt things. you can spike to 1500 for a second without damage, but that is getting VERY hot and you will risk droping a valve seat.

so for the clutch I would suggest going to South Bend Clutch and talking to them.

exhaust, bully dog does sell a full 4 inch exhaust, you can also get one from MBRP

TST has all sorts of goodies for the P7100 injector pump and nice diagrams of what to do if you want to grind your own fueling plate, turning up the start wheel and they should have the boost elbow.

also hit up geno's garage and get some gages if you dont already, EGT and Boost at a bare minimum.

that should hopefully keep you under 1200 if not close to it.
