Default Stacking Perf Chips?

Hi, I have a 99 2500 I bought with an Edge E-Z chip installed. I also added a Superchips Tuner to adjust for tire size and additional perfomance.
Only issue is when running both chips it runs rough until the turbo starts to spool up or I get some RPM's behind it. It's almost as if it's choking it out to have both chips at low RMP's. Several friends are running the same combination without issues.
Am I missing something or do I possibly have a bunk Edge chip that's messing things up. or is this just to be expected due to over tuning?
Any issues behind this setup?

Thanks for the sugestions in advance!

things tend to get a bit touchy when you start stacking. some people can run three different boxes without issues and make mad power, however just like you, some have a hard time getting two boxes to agree on things.

apparently you have good fuel pressure since your not backfireing at higher RPM's, but my guess would be you might have a little too much timeing on the bottom end.

I think you hit it! It definatly feels like a timing issue on the bottom end.
It's easy to remove the chip and fix the issue... However I love the extra power, and the added economy if I can keep my foot out of it... Any sugestions on how to smooth things out or another chip that may help or be better than the Edge E-Z?

Thanks!

best thing to do would be to load one of the higher settigns on the superchips, then fine tune it with the edge.
