Default Transmission drain plug?

Getting ready to do first trany fluid and filter change this morning (got parts from Geno's). Also got the B&M drain plug kit to install. Was wonderin if i shouldn't consider using loctite on the nut that attaches the drain body bolt (not plug itself) to the pan. Brief instructions on package don't mention anything about it. 30k on 2002 47re 4x4. Drew, Anyone?

I would probably loc-tite it if it were me. You should never have to remove it again (unless it leaks) I think loc-tite has a formula for oil applications as well. I use amsoil trans fluid in mine. I also bought a DD pan (mostly to have a drain plug) Kevin
