I have the steel rims with the chrome covers.........rather cheap. I would like to get a set of the OEM aluminum rims. If, any of you all have purchased a set of aftermarket rims and want to get rid of your OEM's let me know.

The Laramie wheels I have are the OEM aluminum wheels with a chrome sheath over the aluminum, and chrome plastic center caps. Some say the chrome steel wheels are better than the alum's - even though the alums with the chrome sheath were an upgrade. Are you looking for those sheathed aluminun wheels? I saved mine with the tires, thinking I'd put 'em back on when I traded it in (like I have in the past), but now think I might keep this one ('06) long enough to where the tires will be dried out from storage by the time I get to put them back on. And what part of the country do you live in? Shipping could make it not worth your while - could be cheaper to get the "pull-offs" from a local dealer who's tricked out a truck or two with aftermarket wheels. (sometimes the local tire shops that supply the dealers with the wheels keep those pull-offs in back and will sell them if asked)

 

Yeah ... I have a set that I'm not using. They are the original 16" rims. Take a look at my pictures thing and you'll see them.
