Hello all, been a lurker of these forums for a while now, but now I have a problem and hopefully you all can help. Driving down the road today my truck hesitates out of nowhere for a second then the MIL light comes on. P2121 and P2122 come up. Did a litte search and found out it looks like my Throttle posistion sensor is acting up. Is this an expensive part to replace and can I do it myself? If anyone can chime in and point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated. Last thing I want to do is take it to the dealer if i can do this myself. Thanks in advance

welcome to df...

the tps should be under the pedal... not 100% sure as I havent had the pleasure of swapping 1 out yet. go to the merry christmas thread at the top and follow the links to the site that has the manuals available. download yours and have a look.

my guess is it's a 5 minute swap. thats what it was on the 2000 360 gasser I had.

let us know what you find...
