I remember my young nieve days. . .thats why I'm going warrant instead of straight comission

in my unit we have 3 OCS guys. . .filling their head with crap is SOOOOOOO fun[8D]

I know what you mean about them getting all worked up over a small detail that means nothing. . .the LT over the MST section I'm in could use a good lay and a bottle of muscle relaxers

It's all fun. Especially when the brand new guy gets his butt chewed. I always tell the new LT's, "Sir, you are not allowed to go to the Cdr by yourself or present anything to anybody until I've seen it first."

Once I determine that he's not gonna do anything dumb, then I give him a little slack. That usually takes at least a good six months.

Gotta get all that school brainwashing crap out their head.

You can always tell when a LT didn't have a solid PSG guiding him. He usually ends up getting ripped non-stop.

open them in MS paint, then use the stretch and skew function. put in 50% on the vertical and horizontal and hit ok. the pic should be resized down, if that doesnt work for you just e-mail them to me
