Default Tire Size ?

I've got an 06 2500 quadcab 4x4 ctd. When the stockers go bad I would like to put on the biggest tire possible without rubbing. Anyone know what the biigest would be, 33" 34" 35"?

I have 315/70/17 BFG A/T KO on my 06 Megacab 4X4, no lift, and NO RUBBING. The quad cab maybe set-up a little different. BFG website list the tires as 34.5 (almost 35's).

on the quads I think the front end stance is a bit different than the mega cabs, however 305's seem to be about as big as you can go before rubbing becomes an issue most of the time. with a leveling kit 35's are not a problem.

Would that 305's setup work on an 04 CTD QC 4x4 as well?

Does anyone know if 35" tires will fit without rubbing on 2006 Power Wagons? I'll be using the stock rims, which I was told measure 17x8.

easily. the front end sits a bit higher on the power wagons mainly due to the engine weighing half as much.
